The rest of the book is designed to address each Client Needs category of the NCLEX-RN Test Plan (safe and effective care environments, health promotion and maintenance, and psychosocial and physiological integrity), with practice questions specific to each Client Needs category. Each page is devoted to one question, with the question on the left side of the page and answers and rationales on the right.
