Ben Cipiti
The energy construct; achieving a clean, domestic, and economical energy future.
Like most other analysts in the energy industry, and especially nuclear energy, Cipiti (Sandia National Laboratories, New Mexico) defines the problem as finding a source of energy so cheap and plentiful that Americans can just keep using more and more for all eternity, even if the Chinese and Indians are doing it too. His recipe calls for one-quarter each of carbon sequestration, hybrid cars, wind turbines, and of course nuclear reactors. He does not provide an index. (Annotation ©2007 Book News Inc. Portland, OR)
