Weinstein, the host of "Ask the Ethics Guy!" on Bloomberg Business Week's online management channel, outlines the five ethical goals that have surfaced in all religious traditions. He illustrates how these could be applied in a series of real-life situations. There is an assumption throughout that ethical behavior is really the same as moral behavior, but the latter sounds too serious and perhaps too religious for a wide spread audience.
