Before they disappeared, the Picts left many carved stone monuments in the Scottish highlands, adorned with symbols seen nowhere else. This book, intended as a non-academic work, tells what is known about the history and culture of the Picts and an appendix lists places to visit. The book is illustrated with color photos.
