Drawing on "Transforming Culture in the Digital Age" conference proceedings, Lyotard and other postmodern theorists, and Marx, Wilkie (cultural and digital studies, U. of Wisconsin-La Crosse) contributes a labor theory of digital culture to the debate over the meaning of the "digital condition."
