Thanks are due Carl Little, who brought together this book on an extraordinary Maine-based artist. Eric Hopkins is a painter and glass artist, and the presentation of roughly 100 images brings his work to a wider audience, many of whom will no doubt become new fans. Little (who has written many art-related books and articles) met with Hopkins in his gallery and studio over at least a six-month period during 2010, and the interviews are the basis of his text.
