Along with contact information, each listing cites approval, facility, and service codes; health care systems to which the hospital belongs; chief administrators and classifications; and utilization data in terms of beds, admissions, number of patients, outpatient visits, births, expenses, and personnel for 2010. Following this main section are indexes of hospitals and health care professionals and sections listing contact information for health care systems, networks, and alliances by system and geographically, and national and international health care organizations, federal, state, and local agencies, and other providers.
